Notes: A $250 event services fee applies to all rentals and covers delivery, setup, pickup and all paper products. Pricing may vary by date, location, and access. We can customize your event. Costs are based on including all trailer amenities listed above. If certain items are not needed, please include this in your request and optional pricing will be provided.
All rentals include delivery, set-up, and breakdown (anticipate 1 hr each for set-up and breakdown of trailer/equipment. Service area is within a 40 mile driving radius of Forked River, NJ. All rentals outside of this service area will incur a roundtrip mileage charge of $1.00 per mile. All Rentals require a $400 security deposit which will be applied toward your rental fee. The security deposit will be due at time of reservation to lock in your reservation date and time. You will incur a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of the scheduled date. If a cancellation is made prior to the 14 day deadline, you will receive your deposit in full.
A Trailer Rental Agreement/Contract will be provided at time of booking. Client must be 18 years of age or older to enter into agreement

**Tailgate Attendant is an additional fee of $25/hour. Tailgate Attendant will stay for the duration of the party for technical assistant and overall Tailgate Party assistance! If a tailgate attendant is not requested, MES-NJ will drop off the trailer at the desired location, set-up trailer and all equipment, and will return at the contracted end time.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

We can setup anywhere that our trailer can safely enter and exit without causing any damage and with clear view of the sky for WiFI connection. We prefer to be on hard surface but grass is OK as long as it is not too wet or soft. Our trailer is roughly 16′ long. We need at minimum of 10’ of width clearance to fit the trailer through a gate or fence.
Any parking lot, backyard, front yard, drive way, or open area can be turned into a party zone.

Yes, The party can be extended for $100/hr up to the next standard rate, at which point the new package rate would apply.
WE WILL CONFIRM START TIME WITH YOU PRIOR TO DAY OF THE EVENT.
Renter understands that Mobile Event Solutions cannot be held responsible for reception issues arising from inclement weather or reception interference problems.
Renter should consider a location with a clear view of sky and away from large buildings/tree that may interfere with reception and ability to obtain a signal.
Renter acknowledges that they have received instructions on the operation, use, and maintenance of the trailer including operation and safety precautions connecting the propane bottles, appliances, and are familiar with the same.
