Event Support fee includes delivery, set-up, and breakdown (anticipate 1 hour each for set-up and breakdown of trailer/equipment) and Venue parking/service fee. All Rentals require a $400 security deposit which will be applied toward your rental fee. The security deposit will be due at time of reservation to lock in your reservation date and time. You will incur a $200 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within 14 days of the scheduled date. If a cancellation is made prior to the 14 day deadline, you will receive your deposit in full.

A Trailer Rental Agreement/Contract will be provided at time of booking. Client must be 18 years of age or older to enter into agreement.

Tailgate attendant included for all sporting event/concert tailgates (cost included in venue parking/service fee)

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Tailgating requirements vary by location. Please be sure you are aware of location requirements prior to event.

METLIFE STADIUM

  • Parking lots for Metlife Stadium open 5 hours prior to start of event (kickoff or main act). MES-NJ will enter parking lot at opening to secure a tailgate party location. Set-up will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour. Your tailgate will commence upon set-up completion depending on the requested start time. For your most common kickoff times:

    1:00pm Kickoff = 9:00am Start 4:25pm Kickoff = 12:30pm Start 8:25pm Kickoff = 4:30pm Start

    WE WILL CONFIRM THE START TIME WITH YOU PRIOR TO DAY OF THE EVENT/GAME!

  • Upon gate opening, MES-NJ will setup tailgate parties in one of the following areas depending on availability. Due to parking requirements, the tailgate party will be set-up along a curb line of the parking area.

    • Platinum Lot F (VIP) along curbline.

    • Platinum Lot G (VIP) along curbline.

    As soon as MES-NJ finishes parking, the main party contact will be notified of the location.

    If another location is desired, please communicate this at time of booking/contract signing.

  • During Game: Yes, you can extend your tailgate party rental during the game for guests who may wish to stay behind and enjoy the tailgating fun. The hourly extension rate of $100/hr will apply.

    Postgame: All parking lots will close 2 hours after the conclusion of the game/event. Therefore, you may extend your tailgate for up to one hour after the end of the event, at which time breakdown of all equipment will begin.

    Post concert: No. Per Venue rules, breakdown of all equipment will begin at the end of the contracted time or after the one (1) hour optional add-on.

LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD

  • Parking lots open 5 hours prior to start of game/event (kickoff or main act). MES-NJ will enter parking lot upon opening to secure a tailgate party location. Set-up will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete. Your tailgate will commence upon set-up completion depending on the requested start time. For your most common kickoff times and assuming a 4 hour tailgate party, use the following times:

    1:00pm Kickoff = 9:00am Start 4:25pm Kickoff = 12:30pm Start 8:25pm Kickoff = 4:30pm Start

    WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR DESIRED START TIME UPON BOOKING!

  • Upon gate opening, MES-NJ will setup tailgate parties in one of the following areas depending on availability.

    • Lot D

    • Lot N

    As soon as MES-NJ finishes parking, the main party contact will be notified of the location.

  • Unfortunately, you cannot. Per venue regulations, all tailgating must stop 45 minutes after kickoff. To allow for breakdown of equipment, tailgating must conclude shortly after kick-off.

    Concert: You can extend your tailgate for up to one (1) hour after the beginning of the concert, at which time breakdown of trailer and equipment will begin.

SHI STADIUM/ RUTGERS

  • Parking lots open 5 hours before kickoff. MES-NJ will enter parking lot upon opening to secure a tailgate party location. Set-up will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Your tailgate will commence upon set-up completion depending on the requested start time, most commonly a 4 hour PARTY!

    WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR DESIRED START TIME UPON BOOKING.

  • Given that we can only provide a trailer for tailgating, we are limited to the Orange Lot, unless the renter has a location available (ie. house, driveway, yard nearby).

    • Orange Lot - (Jersey Mikes Arena Lot) - game day parking passes available. This lot is the only lot that allows trailers. There is a 10 minutes shuttle ride to and from the stadium for the game.

  • Unfortunately, no. Tailgating must conclude at kickoff and vacate the parking lot.

    After Game: Post game Tailgate Parties are available, given that you can provide a viable location. (ie, nearby house, driveway, or non-public location).

Renter understands that Mobile Event Solutions cannot be held responsible for reception issues arising from inclement weather or reception interference problems.

Renter should consider a location with a clear view of sky and away from large buildings/tree that may interfere with reception and ability to obtain a signal.

Renter acknowledges that they have received instructions on the operation, use, and maintenance of the trailer including operation and safety precautions connecting the propane bottles, appliances, and are familiar with the same.
