General Questions

Mobile Event Solutions NJ provides turnkey event experiences and rentals throughout New Jersey. Our services include a mobile event/party/tailgating trailer, GameDay watch party setups, a mobile golf simulator rental, and fully managed event experiences for private parties, venues, corporate events, and festivals.
While many people search for event rentals, our focus is delivering complete event experiences—including the centerpiece for your event, delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown—so hosts don’t have to manage multiple vendors.

We primarily serve Central and South Jersey. Serving Ocean County, Monmouth County, Middlesex County, Burlington County and surrounding NJ areas. Travel longer than 1 hour from Forked River, NJ may include an additional travel fee.

Yes. All event experiences include delivery, professional setup, on-site support (as needed), and breakdown. We arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event begins.

Check Availability: Contact our team via the CONTACT tab or through email at info@mesolutionsnj.com with all your event details including the package you are requesting, event date, time, venue, estimated guest count, and any other needs.
Sign Rental Agreement: Once we confirm your date is available, our team will generate your rental agreement. At this time, we will establish an event setup location, which will be confirmed the week prior to the event since venues layouts may change.
Submit Deposit: Your deposit will be required to reserve your event and can be paid via credit card through our secure online processing system. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed for cancellations within 14 days of your event.
Pay Remaining Balance: Your remaining balance, including any additional items added after the initial contract and deposit, is due on or before the start of your event. A credit card must be on file before the date of the event for incidentals.
Show Up and Party! Our team will contact you the day before the event to confirm all details.

We will reschedule at no extra cost.
We never risk guest safety or damage to the equipment.

No, food cannot be cooked or provided through MES NJ. However, MES NJ will work with your vendor/caterer of choice to help set-up catering/food for your event. The grill, propane, and grill tools are provided with the rental of the party/event trailer, however the host/venue is responsible for providing a grill chef for the event. MES NJ cannot cook the food due to insurance liability reasons.

No, MES NJ does not have a liquor license and cannot provide the alcohol for an event. We can pick-up and provide pre-bottled mixers, soda/soft drinks, or water for additional cost. A keg tap, coolers, and mini fridge are provided to keep your drinks cold, however the host/venue must provide the keg to be used and any alcohol for the event.

Yes. Mobile Event Solutions NJ offers mobile golf simulator rentals throughout New Jersey. Our simulator is delivered, professionally set up, staffed, and removed as part of a complete event experience. We primarily serve Central and South Jersey, including Ocean County, Monmouth County, Middlesex County, Burlington County and surrounding NJ areas. Travel longer than 1 hour from Forked River, NJ may include an additional travel fee.

Absolutely! Kids ages 5+ can play with guidance. We also offer shorter clubs and easier game modes for little golfers.

We need approximately:
15 ft wide x 15 ft deep x 10 ft high for the inflatable enclosure.
A typical two-car driveway or a gym/event hall is perfect.

Yes! As long as we have enough ceiling height and a flat surface, gyms, halls, ballrooms, churches, and warehouses work great.

Set-up takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the event.

Our pricing varies based on your event type, duration, and location.
Most packages start around $200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Yes — safety is a top priority.
We provide:
✔ Safety zones
✔ Cones/ropes
✔ Waivers for all players
✔ Supervised gameplay
✔ Deflection boards to reduce bounce-back

Yes. Everyone who plays and participates must sign a waiver. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present or must provide a signed waiver. Waiver copies are available prior to an event for this purpose.
We have QR codes for fast, contactless signing.
