All rentals include delivery, set-up, and breakdown (anticipate 1 hr each for set-up and breakdown of trailer/equipment. Service area is within a 50 mile driving radius of Forked River, NJ. All rentals outside of this service area will incur a roundtrip mileage charge of $1.00 per mile. All Rentals require a $400 security deposit which will be applied toward your rental fee. The security deposit will be due at time of reservation to lock in your reservation date and time. You will incur a $200 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within 30 days of the scheduled date. If a cancellation is made prior to the 30 day deadline, you will receive your deposit in full.

A Trailer Rental Agreement/Contract will be provided at time of booking. Client must be 18 years of age or older to enter into agreement.

Tailgate attendant included for all sporting event/concert tailgates.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Tailgating requirements vary by location. Please be sure you are aware of location requirements prior to event.

METLIFE STADIUM

  • Parking lots for Metlife Stadium open 5 hours prior to the opening act. MES-NJ will plan to enter upon parking lot opening to secure a tailgate party location. Set-up will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Your tailgate will commence upon set-up completion depending on the requested start time. Assume 4 hours prior to the time the doors open.

    WE WILL CONFIRM START TIME WITH YOU PRIOR TO DAY OF THE EVENT.

  • Upon gate opening, MES-NJ will setup tailgate parties in one of the following areas depending on availability. Due to parking requirements, the tailgate party will be set-up along a curb line of the parking area.

    • Platinum Lot F (VIP) along curbline.

    • Platinum Lot G (VIP) along curbline.

    As soon as MES-NJ finishes parking, the main party contact will be notified of the location.

  • During Concert: You can extend your tailgate party rental for up to one (1) hour after the beginning of the concert for guests who may wish to stay behind and enjoy the tailgating fun. The hourly extension rate of $100/hr will apply.

    Post concert: No. Breakdown of all equipment will begin at the end of the contracted time or after the one (1) hour optional add-on.

LINCOLN FINANCIAL FIELD/CITIZENS BANK PARK

  • Parking lots typically open 5 hours before the event start time. MES-NJ will plan to enter upon parking lot opening to secure a tailgate party location. Set-up will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. Your tailgate will commence upon set-up completion depending on the requested start time. Assume 4 hours from the time the doors open.

    WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR DESIRED START TIME UPON BOOKING.

  • Upon gate opening, MES-NJ will setup tailgate parties in one of the following areas depending on availability.

    • Lot D

    • Lot N

    However, locations may vary based on traffic pattern changes and parking lot/event management. As soon as MES-NJ finishes parking, the main party contact will be notified of the location.

  • During Concert: You can extend your tailgate for up to one (1) hour after the beginning of the concert.

Renter understands that Mobile Event Solutions cannot be held responsible for reception issues arising from inclement weather or reception interference problems.

Renter should consider a location with a clear view of sky and away from large buildings/tree that may interfere with reception and ability to obtain a signal.

Renter acknowledges that they have received instructions on the operation, use, and maintenance of the trailer including operation and safety precautions connecting the propane bottles, appliances, and are familiar with the same.
